In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will help us uphold high standards of operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the ongoing success of our organization. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC/R equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and HVAC components following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Conduct repairs on various equipment including mechanical systems, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks and transport tools or parts as needed. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions in compliance with operational standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, and mechanical systems repair. Proven experience as a service technician with strong troubleshooting skills across diverse mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints for accurate diagnostics and repairs. Skilled in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning servicing, and HVAC/R technology. Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices to ensure equipment longevity and safety compliance. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; ability to handle physical demands associated with maintenance work.
