ASAP About the Property My Home at Macon Apartments is a 95-room apartment community in Macon, Georgia. We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our property in excellent condition for our residents. Job Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry) Prepare units for new move-ins (make-ready / punch list work) Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Inspect units, common areas, and exterior for upkeep Replace fixtures, doors, locks, smoke detectors, appliances as needed Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records Support property inspections and compliance items Qualifications Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and repairs Ability to complete make-ready units independently Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Own basic tools preferred Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable, full-time hours Friendly work environment Immediate start available How to Apply Call or text to apply and schedule an interview.
