You'll take care of general maintenance, apartment turns, and renovation work. Through dependable, friendly service and consistent attention to property upkeep, you'll help keep residents satisfied while making sure every task is done right and on time. Self-starters in this role can grow into a Service Technician II or Assistant Service Manager position.
