A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints. Valid current state driver's license Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred.
