Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving equipment problems, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, and industrial control systems. You'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex equipment issues independently, support equipment improvements and installations, and share your knowledge with other technicians. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, control systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Install and troubleshoot pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, sensors, control panels, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, GD&T, and PLC I/O information. Perform precision equipment alignment and measurement. Fabricate components and assemblies and perform qualified welding and equipment repairs. Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify equipment problems. Perform basic instrumentation testing and calibration. Work with industrial power distribution and control systems. Identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and recommend long-term solutions. Support new equipment installations, modifications, and startups. Help coach and support less-experienced technicians on technical tasks and safe work practices. Take ownership of equipment reliability, quality repairs, and safe maintenance practices. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience independently diagnosing and repairing manufacturing or production equipment. Hands-on experience with several of the following: PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, industrial controls, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first approach. Someone who works well independently while also being willing to share knowledge and support the team. Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on role in an industrial manufacturing environment. The position may require standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting or moving tools, components, and materials in accordance with established safety requirements. Team members may work around manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, moving machinery, oils and lubricants, welding activities, noise, and varying temperatures.
