$20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience About the Position Ocean Mazda Roswell is looking for a dependable, hands-on Dealership Maintenance Technician to help keep our dealership clean, safe, well-maintained, and looking its best. This is a full-time, active position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys handling a variety of responsibilities. The position includes general property upkeep, pressure washing, painting, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and maintaining the interior and exterior areas of the dealership. We are looking for someone who can identify what needs attention, take initiative, and complete assignments with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Maintain the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the dealership and surrounding property. Pressure wash sidewalks, entrances, service areas, exterior surfaces, dumpster areas, and other areas as needed. Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, patching, and surface preparation. Complete minor repairs involving walls, doors, trim, flooring, hardware, shelving, and other building items. Perform basic maintenance involving sinks, faucets, toilets, drains, lighting, filters, ceiling tiles, and fixtures. Keep parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, service areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris. Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns before they become larger problems. Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the facility. Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, storage areas, and supplies in a clean and organized condition. Assist with furniture assembly, signage, dealership events, facility setup, and moving equipment or supplies when needed. Coordinate with the Facilities team regarding repairs or issues that require outside vendors or licensed contractors. Perform other general maintenance and facility-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, construction, painting, janitorial work, or a similar hands-on position is preferred. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently. Basic knowledge of painting, minor repairs, hand and power tools, and general building maintenance is preferred. Experience operating pressure-washing equipment is a plus. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are preferred. Physical Requirements This is a physically active position. Candidates must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and use ladders; safely operate basic maintenance and cleaning equipment; and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds . The position requires working both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, vehicles, equipment, cleaning products, paint, dust, and normal dealership noise. Schedule Full-Time Specific workdays and hours will be discussed during the interview. What Success Looks Like Our Maintenance Technician takes ownership of the condition of the property.
