  • Kennesaw & surrounding areas America's Swimming Pool Company is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly route serving customers throughout Cherokee and North Cobb County.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing their own day, and taking pride in their work. Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. What We Offer $18-$22/hour, based on experience Take-home company truck Full-time, year-round employment Established weekly maintenance route Local territory — no Atlanta routes Minimal office time and independent daily schedule Local supply pickup in Kennesaw Paid vacation after 90 days Opportunities for raises and advancement Responsibilities Maintain and clean residential swimming pools on a weekly route Test and balance pool water chemistry Maintain an organized and properly stocked company truck Document each service visit through our mobile app Identify equipment problems and communicate them to our service department Build professional, dependable relationships with recurring customers This is a pool maintenance position, not a repair technician position. Our service department handles equipment repairs and advanced diagnostics. What We're Looking For Previous pool maintenance experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Able to work outdoors in summer conditions Able to lift up to 100 lbs. Organized and able to manage a daily route efficiently Professional and courteous with customers Someone who takes ownership of their work A Better Kind of Route You'll service the same general territory each week rather than spending your day driving all over metro Atlanta. We provide the truck, the established route, and the support—you manage your day and take care of your customers.
