If you know how to troubleshoot systems, solve problems under pressure, and keep a luxury high-rise running like a well-oiled machine, we want you. This is a key role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and appearance of our premier residential property. You'll be trusted with everything from HVAC to water leaks, and expected to bring experience, initiative, and pride to every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems Respond quickly and professionally to work orders and resident concerns Execute minor carpentry, tile work, drywall repair, and painting Inspect common areas, mechanical rooms, and systems regularly Maintain logs, order supplies, and manage inventory Assist with after-hours emergencies and disaster response when on-call Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other departments

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on building maintenance experience (high-rise or hotel/hospitality preferred) Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of building systems Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC diagnostics and repairs Experience with power tools, leak detection, and troubleshooting sensors High school diploma or equivalent required Trade school, or CPO certification a big plus Must be able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must speak, read, and write English fluently Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work
