Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, including cleaning and equipment repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the longevity of their pool systems. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders. Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure safe swimming conditions. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment issues using hand tools and power tools as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with equipment repair techniques related to pool systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
