Job Description:

Complete daily work orders in guest units and common areas. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and hardware issues. Repair faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, doors, locks, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures. Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other basic electrical components within scope of work. Perform light exterior maintenance, property clean-up, and grounds upkeep. Inspect buildings and equipment for safety concerns and report major repairs. Assist with maintaining the swimming pool, BBQ areas, walkways, and common areas. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools. Accurately complete work orders and maintenance documentation. Respond promptly and professionally to guest and owner maintenance requests. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies. Work cooperatively with office staff, vendors, and fellow maintenance team members.

Position Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation required. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
