Are you a reliable, hands-on problem solver who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in doing things right the first time? 808 Maui Vacation Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of vacation rental properties in South Maui. Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Install and replace ceiling fans, light fixtures, and hardware
• Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, drains, toilets, etc.)
• Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures)
• Furniture assembly and minor carpentry
• Replace smoke detector batteries, air filters, and other routine maintenance items
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Help keep units guest-ready and in excellent condition Qualifications
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when necessary What We're Looking For We're a small, growing company, so flexibility and a positive attitude are important.
