_INDEED We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of general maintenance and light repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in maintaining a safe and functional environment. You will be responsible for addressing routine maintenance needs and ensuring our facility is kept in excellent condition. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, reach out anytime during business hours. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Location Wahiawa, Oahu Pay $22 an hour Responsibilities Perform general "light" maintenance work and routine building repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacements and fixture checks. Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical or structural issues. Coordinate with other team members to ensure all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times. Perform other general facilities duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous, verifiable maintenance work experience is required.

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

Screening:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. Please note that we operate under a zero-tolerance policy.

Reliability:

Proven track record of dependability and attention to detail.
