Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. A strong focus on appliance repair, HVAC system maintenance, refrigeration, and mechanical systems will be essential to your success. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct HVAC & appliance technology repairs including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation fans, and refrigeration components. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance management systems (MRO). Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transport as needed. Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize maintenance tasks and improve operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation and repair. Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues effectively. Experience working with HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Knowledge of refrigeration technology and kitchen equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently. Construction experience or background in maintenance operations is a plus.
