Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to) Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs. Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home. Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents. Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one. Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise. Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred EPA universal license for HVAC preferred CPO license preferred Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer Strong customer service skills High school diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency preferredSchedule:
Monday- Friday and rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).
