Job description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Overhead Door professional to lead our commercial and residential overhead door operations. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs, all while focusing on customer satisfaction.

ABILITIES

Able to work off ladders or a scissor lift, not afraid of heights. Able to safely operate the company truck with attached trailer. Physically able to load and unload materials needed at the jobsite. Able to communicate with management concerning any issues. Be responsible for the work truck and tools.

REQUIREMENTS 3-5

years of previous experience in commercial overhead doors Valid insurable driver's license Experience pulling a trailer Able to handle physical aspects associated with the workload Strong work ethic Ability to complete tasks on time Ability to troubleshoot during service work Basic electrical knowledge is helpful Ability to pass a drug test Competencies 1. Flexibility 2. Able to communicate proficiently 3. Collaboration Skills 4. Customer focus 5. Technical capacity Supervisory Responsibility This position demands an organized self-starter with an eye for detail. Physical Demands Ability to lift 100 pounds, bend, or stand for large portions of the day. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Normal hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some weeks may require overtime. Travel Travel is expected with this position, with the possibility of some overnight stays. Required Education 1. High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience 1. 3-5 years of related experience. 2. 3-5years of mechanical and construction knowledge .
