Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Onsite position - housing available
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on both properties to ensure they are safe and well-maintained. Conduct preventative maintenance on property infrastructure systems Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs, addressing them promptly and efficiently. Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Coordinate and oversee any major repairs or renovations with contractors. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for property maintenance. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants promptly and professionally. Ensure the properties are compliant with local regulations and safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. Handle seasonal property-related tasks, such as snow removal and landscaping.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance. Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to be on-call for maintenance emergencies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
