Job Description

As a maintenance worker, you will be performing a variety of tasks and get to work in the fields including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Specific skill sets in cabinetry and HVACR are a plus for this open position.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6a-2:30p. Possibility to work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts as well. On-call rotation every 10-12 weeks with on-call pay!Benefits Package includes:

Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC. Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures. Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather. Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment. Complete all other assigned projects and duties.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.Experience:
From one to three years of similar or related experience preferred. HVACR skillset is a plus!Benefits
