Job Description
Maintenance Technician (First Shift) We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, including experience with CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Work with 240V-480V electrical systems and 3-phase motor controls.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and relocations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting motor controls and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- CNC machine maintenance and repair.
- Equipment, installation and process improvement experience.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
