Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our maintenance team in a manufacturing/industrial environment. This position is designed for candidates eager to learn and grow while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in routine inspections, basic repairs of equipment, tools and facilities. Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment Perform basic tasks such as replacing belts, filters, and light bulbs; lubricating moving parts; and keeping equipment clean Help maintain safe and organized work areas, including tools and spare parts inventory Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and repair needs to supervisors Folow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies Assist with general building maintenance (painting, cleaning, minor repairs) as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, meters, and other equipment Mechanically inclined Strong physical stamina (ability to lift to 50lbs, stand, bend, and climb ladders) Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions closely Safety-conscious with attention to detail Welding preferred but not required Electrical and HVAC knowledge are preferred.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing and industrial facility environment (exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts) Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection May involve working on shifts or overtime as needed This role requires attention to safety, detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.
