- Performs routine maintenance on building and ground systems./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Cleans and assist with the upkeep of the facilities./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair and make or ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Troubleshoots issues and determine necessary repairs in conjunction with Community Manager and Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance with approval from Community Manager/Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Maintain the ground of assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Ensure common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Keeping all storm drains clear of foliage and debris./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
- Ready property for various weather conditions, such as salting sidewalks and common areas./span/p p class="msonormal"span class=""Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"
