Qualifications Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Strong customer service orientation Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents Perform light maintenance Ability to consistently display a positive attitude Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment No third Parties
