Work on general maintenance requests to fix, maintain, or add items in the homes of our retired seniors and throughout all areas of our campus. Help keep the buildings looking great, both inside and out! Hours will vary depending on the season but primary hours are 7:30 am- 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Transportation and valid drivers license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior maintping experience required Able to safely operate landscaping equipment without restrictions Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests. Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is a frequent need to stand, stop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
