Job Description

Maintenance Technician - Independent Contractor Sunset Manor Apartments Blackfoot, Idaho Part-time Independent Contractor needed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (approximately 4 hours per day). Must also be available for quarterly periodic inspections and occasional unit turns.

Primary Duties:

Painting and drywall repair Minor plumbing and electrical work Snow removal and landscaping Appliance repair and installation Unit turns / make-ready preparation General property maintenance, work-order response, and common-area upkeep

Requirements:

Independent contractor only - must carry your own liability insurance and complete a W-9 Own tools and reliable transportation Experience preferred; ability to work independently and efficiently Professional, respectful interaction with elderly and disabled residents Must pass a background screening Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks in all weather

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
