About the Job We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair woodworking machinery in our custom cabinetry manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, preferably in woodworking or other manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues)
  • Maintain detailed service and maintenance records
  • Assist in new machine installations and process improvements
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
  • Uphold strict safety protocols and proactively identify potential hazards
