Overview We are a home repair and maintenance company seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services to ensure our clients' homes are well-maintained and functional. This role involves hands-on work with various household repairs, including drywall, painting, exterior repairs, and general house maintenance. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Duties Perform residential repair and maintenance tasks such as drywall installation and repair, painting, and general house repairs Conduct exterior repairs including siding, fencing, and other outdoor maintenance work Assess repair needs and determine the most effective solutions Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice when necessary Maintain a clean work environment during and after job completion Manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines Requirements Proven experience in home repair, maintenance, or related fields Knowledge of drywall installation, painting techniques, exterior repairs, and general handyman services Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory depending on job location This position offers an opportunity for hands-on work in residential maintenance with a focus on quality service.
