Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! Are you a motivated individual looking for a new opportunity? Do you have maintenance skills? The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Maple Grove Apartments and Seltice Place apartments in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls, Idaho! We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to bring their expertise to our team.
In This Role, You Will:
Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality Keep work areas clean and organized Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal Work on the overall maintenance of the complex, as well as other complexes as needed Other duties as assigned This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and/or groundskeeping!
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and eagerness to work A proven work history as a maintenance technician or similar position Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and active auto insurance Availability to answer and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls on a company provided cell phone Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to work on our facilities! and take the first step towards a new and exciting opportunity .
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
