Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Pay Range:
$22.00- 25.
Job duties:
- Assist in completion of job duties at our Fruitland location with our Maintenance team.
- Implement and document preventative maintenance program for facility equipment
- Maintain community grounds including outside building repairs, lawn maintenance and garbage
- Maintain inside of building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors
- Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-outs
- Maintains fire safety and emergency records required by regulations
- Mbserves problems, concerns, issues observed with resident units, the building and the grounds and communicates them to owner/administrator to find solutions to implement
- Other duties as assigned
