  • Complete routine repair work on buildings and equipment.
  • Determine and complete preventative maintenance.
  • Plan and arrange for contractor repair work.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve or recommend solutions to complex facility issues.
  • Complete general building support tasks.
Minimum Qualifications This position requires experience performing semi-skilled maintenance and repair involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance trades. This experience is typically gained by at least six months experience performing general duties in this area OR completion of a vocational-technology course in this area. This position requires some knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems maintenance. This knowledge is typically gained through formal training/education on HVAC systems OR through six months of professional work experience performing routine HVAC maintenance.
