Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Full-Time ) This is an opportunity to help make an impact in Seniors lives everyday.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician helps partner with The Maintenance Director throughout the community daily. Jobs range from changing light bulbs, painting, assessing appliances and other mechanical as needed.
Job type:
Full-Time (some weekend availability required) Assisting Maintenance Director as needed Installation of light bulbs, painting, HVAC basics Helping troubleshoot with any electrical, plumbing, appliances Previous relevant experience preferred, but not required CPR and First Aid a plus but not needed High School Diploma or its equivalent Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills The ability to read, write, and communicate with residents Outstanding customer service skills with caring and compassionate behavior towards others About Us The caring, professional staff at The Pointe at Eastgate creates an extended family that provides companionship, programs, and assistance with the activities of daily living.
