Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our properties. Your expertise will help keep our operations running seamlessly, providing a safe and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. We value proactive problem-solving, technical proficiency, and a passion for maintaining high standards of facility performance. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Install new appliances and mechanical components following schematics and technical specifications accurately. Conduct repairs on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems using technical manuals and schematics to restore functionality swiftly. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment to different sites as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects that improve facility reliability and safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues. Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventive maintenance routines. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and facility users regarding repairs or system issues. Construction experience is a plus for understanding building systems integration or upgrades. Ability to operate HVAC & appliance technology confidently while adhering to safety protocols. Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior technicians or leading small maintenance projects confidently. Salary can be negotiated based on previous experience. $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
