The role You'll support day‑to‑day plant operations by keeping equipment and facilities running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands‑on, mechanically focused maintenance role in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing Preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and conveyor equipment Troubleshooting mechanical systems (belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes) Basic electrical and pneumatic fault‑finding Supporting utilities, facility repairs, and equipment installations Recording work through a CMMS and following food safety and LOTO standards What we're looking for 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food, beverage, CPG preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge Welding or fabrication experience a plus Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
