This position will work alongside and assist experienced staff with repairs, maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Responsibilities Troubleshoot issues with our fleet of forklifts and maintain organized maintenance records for each unit. Perform in-house forklift repairs and routine maintenance when possible. Maintain the facility, including changing light bulbs, cleaning and organizing work areas, painting walls and doors, and completing other general maintenance tasks. Maintain factory equipment by performing scheduled greasing and lubrication, ordering and replacing wear parts, and assisting with emergency repairs. Identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance concerns. Work closely with experienced team members to learn new repair and maintenance skills. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Previous experience or working knowledge of engine mechanics is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
