You will utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues within mechanical, electrical, and electronic control systems to maintain peak performance. Execute precise repairs by replacing critical components such as motors, servo drives, PLCs, gearboxes, and pneumatic actuators. Drive operational excellence by performing proactive preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure and extend asset lifespan. Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical layouts to ensure accurate installations and repairs. Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment bottlenecks and implement improvements that boost output and reduce material waste. Maintain a high standard of safety and organization, ensuring all work areas comply with industrial safety protocols. Provide clear, actionable communication to management regarding equipment status and potential technical risks. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and electrical schematics. High school diploma or equivalent technical certification. Possession of personal hand tools required for standard mechanical tasks. Strong problem-solving mindset with the initiative to drive independent technical improvements. Preferred Skills Direct experience with injection molding, extrusion, or high-speed packaging equipment. Technical proficiency in PLC programming and electronic controller diagnostics. Experience working with conveyor systems and advanced servo motor technology. Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance activities and tracking work orders.
