128 MB. Drop files, or upload here Our client, a leader in high-volume print and mail manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Lettershop Maintenance Technician in the Chicago, IL area. This is a hands-on role maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed mailing and production equipment. You'll help minimize downtime, support machine setups and changeovers, and keep production running safely and efficiently. Schedule:
3:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-3:00 a.m.; some overtime may be required What You'll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed mailing and production equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency equipment repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Support machine setups, line changeovers, and scheduled production runs Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and job tickets Work closely with operators and production teams to minimize downtime Learn and support the computer-based operating systems used on production equipment What We're Looking For Maintenance or repair experience with mailing, inserting, packaging, or automated production equipment Experience maintaining high-speed equipment in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders Experience with Ricoh, Konicka, and HP printers is a plus.
