Job Description

This role supports day-to-day facility operations within a corporate office environment. The Facilities Support team member ensures workspaces are well-maintained, properly supplied, and set up to support employees, visitors, and leadership teams. The position requires strong customer service skills, hands-on capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workspace changes including furniture moves, equipment relocation, and office reconfigurations Assist employees relocating to/from the office by providing boxes, labels, and hands-on support Assemble office furniture and equipment; use basic hand tools to complete tasks Hang whiteboards, pictures, signage, and other wall-mounted fixtures as needed Maintain office and breakroom supplies (paper, pens, beverages, snacks, etc.) and ensure conference rooms remain stocked and orderly Receive, distribute, and track supply and equipment deliveries Work with Executive Assistants and staff on meeting room setups, event and catering coordination, and general workspace needs Escort tradespeople and visitors throughout the facility when required Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized maintenance and repair needs Provide on-call support to building leadership for urgent building or workspace needs Support office safety procedures and building emergency / life safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience in facilities support, office services, building maintenance, or a similar role preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to assemble, lift, and move furniture/equipment where needed Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a corporate setting Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks as needed Schedule Full-time, on-site position 7:00am-3:30pm
