Maintenance Technician | Weekly Pay + Growth Opportunities Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping things running? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our production equipment operates safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Dismantle equipment and replace defective parts Install, adjust, lubricate, and maintain machinery Assist with equipment setup and new equipment installations Support production and sanitation teams as needed Test equipment following repairs to ensure proper operation Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately Assist with additional maintenance-related projects as needed What We're Looking For Industrial maintenance experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment repair Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to operate lift trucks and man lifts (training and certification provided) Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail Why Join Our Team?
