PM Pay:
$21-$25/hour, based on experience Build Your Skills. Grow Your Career. Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn valuable maintenance skills and work with experienced technicians? MMS is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to join our team in Goodfield, IL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and learning mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. You'll gain real-world experience, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities to grow your maintenance career. What You'll Do Assist with maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and facility systems Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments Learn troubleshooting techniques alongside experienced technicians Support equipment installations and machine upgrades Respond to maintenance requests and assist with repairs Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards A Day in the Life Your day starts at 6:00 AM with a team huddle and review of maintenance priorities. Throughout the shift, you'll work alongside skilled technicians performing equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues. You'll learn how industrial equipment operates, assist with repairs, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Every day offers new opportunities to develop technical skills and gain valuable hands-on experience. Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use hand and power tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in an industrial environment
Preferred:
