Duties English/ Spanish Installation of drywall, painting, demolition and florring Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, fixtures, and equipment using power tools and manual tools To execute repair and installation tasks accurately Conduct erosion control measures to prevent soil degradation during construction or landscaping projects Repair or replace damaged equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical components with precision Follow strict safety regulations including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and heavy lifting procedures to ensure a safe work environment Assist with climbing structures or ladders to access elevated areas safely for inspection or repair purposes Implement workplace safety practices consistently while handling materials through manual handling techniques and heavy lifting Requirements Proven experience in industrial construction or maintenance environments with a focus on safety regulations and OSHA standards Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and troubleshooting Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and climbing activities Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including respiratory protection requirements Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and implement construction plans effectively English/ Spanish Join us as a Handyman where your skills will directly contribute to creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained spaces!
