Shift Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our equipment and facilities.

Core Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, communicate, and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools to install, set up, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment, material handling equipment, and building systems. Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Conduct scheduled maintenance of production equipment. Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair and maintenance of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, blueprints, and schematics for assigned equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety laws, regulations, and policies. Determine, specify, and communicate complete instructions for custom fabrication of tooling and equipment modifications. Source tooling, parts, supplies, and equipment from outside vendors with management approval.
Qualifications:
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment malfunctions. 3 - 7 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in basic shop mathematics and accurate measurement recording. Competence in sketching custom parts and tools and using powered and non-powered hand tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills for memos, emails, and maintenance records. Capability to read and interpret technical documentation pertaining to assigned equipment.
