You'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and help improve production reliability while working in a clean, safety-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records. Partner with production, engineering, and outside vendors to coordinate repairs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area using 5S3R principles. Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Mentor and train newer technicians

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required. Vocational training or Associates Degree is a plus. Journeyman certification or equivalent experience preferred for higher-level positions. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work orders. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Commitment to safety and quality.
