This is a Part-Time position with potential for full time W2 employment. We're looking for an individual with excellent carpentry and all-around handyman experience, from hanging and trimming doors to replacing rotted wood, to repairing drywall and painting. The alternative is excelling in one or two disciplines and becoming the "Go-To" for all of those projects. Most importantly is knowing how to "figure things out". You'll be joining a team of multiple disciplines, so knowing a bit of painting, drywall and light plumbing/electrical is a major plus. Those with experience and skills will be able to make higher income with less hours! Do you want to be a piece of our growing company? You are our guy! As this position has to do with home repairs and improvement and many times working alone, there are some requirements vital to functions of the position:

• A valid driver's license
• Live within our service area, typically 30 minutes from DT Naperville
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds of equipment
• Climb a 25-foot ladder
• Cannot be afraid of heights
