Shift Details:

Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next; alternating weekends)

Pay Rate:

$30 - $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled troubleshooting for PLCs, AC/DC variable speed drives, and electrical controls. Perform both preventive and predictive maintenance on facility & production equipment. Lead or support electrical maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to electrical codes and OSHA safety standards. Support the shift maintenance teams and provide after-hours troubleshooting as needed. Assist with improving preventive/predictive maintenance efforts to boost equipment reliability. Promote departmental standards for safety, sanitation, and housekeeping. Stay current with and support the introduction of new technologies. Train and mentor maintenance electricians as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Able to work all shifts and overtime as required. Prior experience as a quality control inspector is preferred. Competence in reading and interpreting technical documents and safety materials. Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills in standardized settings. Associate's degree or technical diploma preferred; High school diploma/GED required. Able to perform visual inspections and understand technical specifications.
