This is a direct hire opportunity with an immediate start for an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Maintain facility support systems including chillers, plant air, and resin delivery equipment. Assist with installation and startup of new equipment. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage. Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with industrial electrical systems, process controls, and 3-phase power up to 480V. Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
