$28.37 - $ 32.00/hr. β Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with career advancement potential β Overtime opportunities available β Stable, full-time employment β Team-oriented work environment β Work with advanced production and manufacturing equipment β Opportunity to expand your technical and maintenance skills π§ What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and production equipment Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and equipment modifications Diagnose and repair motor controls, electrical circuits, drives, and PLC systems Replace, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic components Support production teams by minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance Monitor equipment during start-ups, changeovers, and new installations Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation Maintain spare parts inventory and organize maintenance areas Assist with facility-wide maintenance needs to support production schedules Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and operating procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability β Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School education Technical degree in Electricity, Electronics, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in: Electrical systems Electronics Motor controls AC & Servo Drives Hydraulics Pneumatics Experience reading electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings Ability to use electrical testing equipment and take accurate measurements Knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Manufacturing experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to work overtime, flexible schedules, and rotating shifts as needed β Ideal Candidates Have Experience With Electrical troubleshooting PLC systems Motor control circuits AC & Servo Drives Hydraulics & Pneumatics Preventive Maintenance Programs Equipment Rebuilds & Repairs Manufacturing & Production Environments Continuous Improvement Initiatives π Ready to Build a Career in Maintenance?
