This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on expertise to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dock installations meet quality standards and client specifications, contributing to the seamless operation of waterfront facilities and commercial docks. Duties Install and assemble docks, including framing, decking, and structural components using hand tools and power tools. Heavy lifting, manual labor, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Loading and unloading materials, prepping job sites, and keeping trucks organized. Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely for lifting, moving materials, and heavy lifting tasks on construction sites. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project progress and addressing any concerns promptly. Moving fast, staying safe, and maintaining a high sense of urgency throughout the day. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles with a focus on dock or marine structure installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites. Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
