US-IL-Toluca Overview Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing food manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role supports production by performing preventive maintenance and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Install and relocate equipment; support startups/shutdowns Assist operators with equipment issues and line performance Work with mechanical, electrical (480V), PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding/fabrication Maintain equipment such as ovens, mixers, pumps, fillers, packaging machines, and palletizers Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Support continuous improvement and TPM initiatives Qualifications 1-3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with 480V, schematics, and PLCs Knowledge of LOTO and general safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (MS Office) #IND1
