Job Description

Overview We seek qualified individuals that can do various skills as handymen. A little framing, plumbing, electrical…..etc. We've got alot of work and are always expanding. We do alot of kitchens and baths. A lot of built ins. A good deal of flooring. Lots of painting and drywall. We build additions, screenrooms, salons, small school……..and we'll also come hang a ceiling fan……. So you need to have a wide knowledge and we're willing to pay you for all your years. Everything we do is done correctly, to code. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, carpentry, and painting to upgrade and restore residential or commercial spaces Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively to complete projects efficiently Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, lighting fixtures, and hardware with accuracy and attention to detail Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints, schematics, building codes, and safety standards Manage construction site activities including layout reading, blueprint interpretation, concrete forming and finishing, stucco application, roofing repairs, and hardscape installation Execute plumbing and electrical work within scope of experience; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with specialists when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling or renovation projects Skilled in drywall installation, trim carpentry, framing, caulking, plastering, and restoration work Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, and construction management principles Hands-on experience operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; heavy equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of building finishing techniques including painting, flooring installation (tile or hardwood), concrete finishing, glass installation, and fixture mounting Electrical experience including wiring basics; plumbing skills for fixture installation or repairs are highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions effectively This role is designed for motivated professionals eager to contribute their diverse skills toward creating safe, beautiful spaces. $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
