Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Mainteannce Technician to join our team at commercial real estate firm. The ideal candidate will possess some mechanical, electrical, plubning and troubleshooting skills to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our commercial properties.

Duties:

Perfomr routine inspecitons and preventative maintenance of commercial retail centers. Conduct Snow removal operations with shovels, snow blowers and plow trucks, provided by the compnay. Work directly with Property Managers to cmplete basic maintenance jobs such as painting, light plumbing repairs, light bulbs replacement, etc. Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requestes. Experience Knowledge of basic electrical repairs, and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of basic plumbing repairs and plumbing troubleshooting skills. Training will be provided by our senior tecnicians.

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
