Troubleshoot and repair compressors, pumps, valves, meters, and piping systems. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and implement effective repairs. Replace valves, fittings, seals, and other mechanical components. Perform routine servicing including lubrication, oil changes, and equipment inspections. Calibrate, test, and maintain field instrumentation and related equipment. Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and operational findings. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support specialized repairs and projects. Train and support facility personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of industrial maintenance, plant operations, or mechanical experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment. Experience working on pumps, compressors, valves, piping, or hydraulic systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Strong communication and documentation skills.
