In this role, you will help maintain the day-to-day operation and reliability of a commercial property by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and completing repairs. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Why Join IFS? Monday-Friday schedule 40-hour work week with overtime opportunities No on-call requirement Competitive compensation and benefits Company-provided uniforms Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a growing organization with more than 40 years in the industry Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and related equipment Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical equipment Perform commercial HVAC troubleshooting Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders Perform basic troubleshooting of building automation equipment and control systems Identify maintenance needs and complete repairs in a timely manner Maintain a professional and service-focused approach when working with customers, tenants, vendors, and team members Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or a similar role Commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience Applicable certifications required Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and conduct Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Pass a drug and background screen Ability to safely use hand tools and basic diagnostic/test equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops more than two stories high About IFS Integrated Facility Services is part of Lauth Group, Inc. , along with Lauth Communities and Lauth Construction.
